Career Objective and Motivation

To conduct quality research at the highest level in a reputed higher learning institute and serve as a faculty in a leading key-position, that will provide me a worthy platform to make the best use of my teaching, research and administrative skills for betterment of the research industry as well as the institute. Apart from academia, I guarantee on taking any administrative work, challenge with dedication, hard work and perfection. Last but not the least, I believe myself to be an invaluable asset to my institute and I always give my best for the well-being and betterment of the institute.

Leadership and Team Working:
- Able to take responsibility, analyze problems, take instant order and act accordingly together with sincerity and dedication to work prove a strong indication of extra-ordinary leadership quality.

Organization and Time Management:
- Different types of departmental seminars, deadlines, administrative works as well as academic events were planned and organized successfully within a very short limit of time which required great planning, implementation, organization, time management and monitoring skills.
- Determination and drive to see projects to successful completion; flexible approach to changing situation; ability to work well on own initiative-all these qualities helped to be a good organizer with an eye for detail.

Real Time Project Management:
- Able to set goal instantly, understand priorities, meet deadlines and value team spirit

Self- Directed Learning to Conduct Research
- Adaptable to term and individual roles in different tasks, extensive visual memory, good listening skill with a common sense approach and active decision-making skills- all are powerful indications of self and Creative-Learning. In addition, great patience while experimenting and with an eye for details along with friendly social approach to get along with people made an excellent example to conduct research independently.
